Turn your workflow into a shareable video

For product demos, tutorials and issue reproduction. The browser controls sharing scope; captured tracks are encoded directly with optional audio mixing. Recording and results remain on this device without watermarks.

How to record your screen

  1. Set quality, format and audio, then choose a source. Confirm a tab, window or screen in the browser picker.

  2. Check the live view and actual audio tracks, then start. Pause, resume or mute the microphone as needed.

  3. Stopping ends sharing and finalizes the video. Check picture/audio and download. Stopping sharing in the browser also ends recording.

Screen recording use cases

Tutorials, product demos, ad workflow explanations, training and bug reproduction. Review the selected scope to avoid capturing unrelated windows, notifications or personal information.

Need MP4? Open the converter in a new tab; it accepts videos up to 5 minutes.

Screen recording FAQ

Why is system audio missing?

Not all sources support system audio. Enable it in settings and the browser picker; some browsers only support tab audio. Actual tracks are shown, so a checkbox alone does not guarantee sound.

Does pausing stop sharing and the microphone?

No. Pausing stops writing recording data while capture and preview remain active. You can mute the microphone. Stop recording or end sharing to release capture tracks and close audio mixing.

Can I switch tabs? Why might frames freeze or turn black?

Captured video tracks are recorded directly, without per-frame canvas drawing, so you can normally work in the selected window. Browser, OS, minimized windows, sleep and protected content can still affect capture. A suspended source may produce frozen/black frames or silence; inspect the result.

What are the duration, format and quality limits?

Up to 30 active minutes, 150 MB and 60 minutes including pauses, with automatic stopping near limits. Chunk accounting bounds memory, but a delayed oversized final chunk may fail. Formats depend on browser support; frame rate and bitrate are targets, without guaranteed hardware acceleration, fixed FPS or lossless output.

Are videos uploaded? Can I recover them after closing?

No upload or persistent cache; files are generated only in page memory. Download before refreshing, leaving or starting another recording. Ending sharing, stopping or leaving releases capture resources. Undownloaded results cannot be recovered after closing.
