Limits & processing

Original dimensions
Export preserves dimensions, up to 16 megapixels and an 8192px side. Oversized marks shrink to fit the canvas.
Format & quality
Outputs are re-encoded static images without animation or original metadata. Lossy JPG / WebP can alter detail; PNG retains alpha.
Resources & errors
Sequential rendering controls memory. Each result is limited to 32 MB, total 150 MB. Failed items stay out of ZIP. Regenerate after style changes.

Use cases

Add brand corner marks to product images across different sizes.

Use subtle tiled marks on photography or design proofs to identify review versions.

Switch brand presets when preparing social and advertising images.

FAQ

Does watermarking prevent all reuse?

Watermarks identify a source but cannot guarantee against cropping, editing or removal. Use them alongside your publishing and rights-management practices.

Why does a transparent image gain a background in JPG?

JPG cannot store transparency. The chosen background is filled first; choose PNG or alpha-capable WebP to retain transparent areas.

Are uploaded images saved with brand presets?

Source images and results do not enter the library. Explicit preset saving stores settings and the logo only. Output numbering prevents duplicate filenames from overwriting.

Why does text size vary across image dimensions?

Fixed pixels keep the same font size, occupying less of larger images. Percent mode scales with original width. Both shrink oversized marks to fit.
